Our Adult Programme will help you get in shape, lose weight, feel healthier and relieve stress - all while learning valuable, life-saving self defence skills. Choi Kwang-Do has been scientifically designed to work in harmony with the human body. This means that the movements are easy to learn, will help you to improve your health while maximising your body's force producing capabilities for self defence.
One of the great things about Choi Kwang-Do is that it is a complete health system: from gentle yoga stretching for flexibility to striking pads and shields to build muscle tone and strength, our Adult Programme will provide you with a variety of opportunities to enhance your health and well-being through fun, challenging and exciting classes. The Choi Kwang Do curriculum is designed to provide aerobic, anaerobic and cardiovascular conditioning. In addition, by practising Choi Kwang-Do's unique system of non-contact, non-competitive drills, you can develop your self defence skills in a safe and structured way. In fact, most of our students start to feel healthier and happier in just a few weeks!
We welcome complete beginners who are new to martial arts, and our friendly classes maintain a spirit of co-operation where all students share the common goal of self-improvement - the perfect place for you to get started in developing your physical and mental skills.
